When considering purchases of our high dollar items and/or looking at purchasing in volume contact us with a list of the items and the quantity of those items that you are interested in. We can and will work out discounted pricing for these type of purchases and can set up a personal listing for you to check out with once we are both in agreement on the items of interest, quantity of those items and the pricing information quoted to you.
WARRANTY
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by ViewCo Inc.
Cookware ‘n' Accessories is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Cookware ‘n' Accessories at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, overheating, improper repair, commercial use, nor does this warranty cover scratches, stains, or discolorations of the exterior or consequential damages are expressly excluded by this warranty.
Innova, Inc. warrants Classicor cookware to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 25 years from the date of original purchase. Leyse cookware set is warranted directly by the manufacturer for 50 years. Kitchen Basics is warranted directly by the manufacturer for 25 years. Leyse Electric Fry pan is warranted by the for (1) one year. During this period, Innova, Inc, will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or product returned with the original purchase receipt to the designated INNOVA service center, transportation prepaid. If the product can not be repaired, you may receive a new or refurbished product. If the product is out of production, a new or refurbished product of the same function and similar value will be substituted.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, you will need to contact us within 7 business days of receipt by email at support@cookwarenaccessories.com
There is a 30 day guarantee of product from the receipt of order. After the 30 days, the Manufacturers warranty will be in place.
Upon receipt of your item, cookwarenaccessories.com will issue a credit less handling fees and the original shipping fees. cookwarenaccessories.com charges a 15% restocking fee for all non-damaged/non-defective returned items.
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to an unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
